Pursuant to Los Angeles Times Article July 23, 2011 “Landmark Houses: John Lautner’s Chemosphere”; Allied Waterproofing Systems Inc worked with architect Duncan Nicholson on the Alden Schwimmer Residence built in 1982 and located at 1435 Bella Drive Beverly Hills California in 2009 installing an exterior pedestrian traffic deck coating system to the lower concrete walking deck. The project involved new sheet metal counter flashing and the application of a WestCoat WP-20 & WP-21polyurethane coating systems.
